At Yorkwoods Community Church, we are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment where children, youth, adults, and seniors can grow together. Here, relationships are strengthened, faith is nurtured, and individuals are encouraged to discover their purpose and potential.

Worship services

Experience heartfelt worship, Christ-centered preaching, and prayerful fellowship as we come together to honour God and be renewed in spirit.

The Church Family celebrates the beginning of Fall
Last Sunday, we celebrated the beginning of Fall and the return of students to school with a BBQ and games after the Sunday morning service. We were even able to give away some bikes to young people. Everyone had a great time!

200 families receive free food!
On September 29, thanks to our friends at GSM mnistries, we were able to distribute food to 200 families in the Jane Finch community free of charge. Watch our facebook page for our next distribution date!

Free Food Distribution
On September 3, we partnered with God's Strength Ministries to distibute food to the community. God's Strength Ministy, through a network of volunteers is able to resuce food that would otherwise end up in the landfill. We were grateful to partner with them to help distribute the food to the jane/finch community. 114 people received many bags full of food. The food donated consisted of a variety of bread, cereal, pasta, hot dogs, vegies, fruit, baked goods, and many other items. We hope to be able to partner with them again.
