Guidance and resources for a fresh start

We assist low-income individuals regardless of their immigration status with vaious immigration and settlement issues.

Services include:  

  • Canadian Citizensip, proof of Citizenship,
  • Information related to the Refugee System
  • Spouse, partner, children and other family class sponsorship applications
  • Information on how to become a permanent resident on Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds
  • Applications to become a permanent resident as a Convention Regugee or a Protected Person
  • First time and extension of work permit and study permit for refugees
  • Migrant workers assistance such as work permit applications for vulnerable people
  • Applications to Ontario Works, ODSP, etc
  • Assistance with Canadian Passport application, Permanent Resident Card, Travel Documents and other ID's
  • Assessment, information and referrals to community resources such as food, clothing, furniture banks, employment centers, schools and education resources, health centres, etc
  • Canada Child Benefit and childcare subsidy application
  • ESL classes referral to YMCA language assessment, international credential evaluation, etc.
  • Languages available Spanish, Turkish and English
