We are partnering with Toronto Health Department to bring a free mobile Dental Clinic to the Jane/Finch community
Eligibility criteria:
- Ontario Works
- Ontario Disability Support Program
- Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program
- Canadian Dental Care Plan
- Interim Federal Health Program
- Non Insured Health Benefits
- Must reside in the City of Toronto
- Cannot have private dental insurance
