We joined with other faith groups to have a prayer walk in the Jane/Finch community on April 30th. This prayer walk was the initiative of the police and happened simultaneously in all 16 divisions of the Toronto Police Services. The Theme was "Unity in Community" against guns, violence and all forms of hate. It was a good time of connecting with other leaders and lay people in the community and there was a significant time of prayer as we walked.

The women of the church enjoyed a lunch out after the worship service this week. It was filled with fun, laughter and good food! A good time was had by all.
